General Manager: DuckyThe Overlord Mascot and General Overseer of this humble venue, he runs the kitchen with a frying pan and a good attitude at night, and helps keep Eorzea safe as the crime fighting, Grim Quacker, during the day.

Venue Manager and Ducky Owner: Yua SandeA sweet manager and the venue's personal chef. She met Ducky on her travels while looking for some cooking ingredients, He took her fry pan and the pair have been inseparable ever since.
